Jeffrey Epstein & Ghislaine Maxwell did not act alone—
Yet no one else was prosecuted.

A Congressional Commission requires a majority vote in the House and Senate. Such Commissions are composed of Congressional members and private citizens. Congressional Commissions can also operate independently of Congress, so they can avoid partisan politics and sub rosa agendas.

A Congressional Commission has the power to subpoena evidence, compel testimony, and uncover the full extent of Epstein’s network — his pimps, pedophiles, and the powerful figures who protected them.

We need Congress on board to demand real accountability. This independent congressional commission would incorporate non-government personnel and bypass bureaucratic roadblocks, forcing transparency where it has previously been denied. The American people deserve the truth, and the victims deserve justice.

The "Epstein files" are now being released, and the documents are thoroughly laced with redactions. Given the 7/5/2025 memo released by the Justice Department and FBI declaring that Epstein and Maxwell had no co-conspirators, we find it difficult to believe that the alleged perpetrators in all the documents whose names are redacted have been investigated. We need an independent congressional commission to determine if the alleged perpetrators have been competently investigated. And if they haven't been investigated, the independent congressional commission would launch actual, unimpeded investigations. Indeed, we need to ensure that all of the alleged perps and their enablers in the "Epstein files” whose names have been redacted are competently investigated, and the files contain scores of redacted names. Only an independent congressional commission, as proposed by Epstein Justice, devoid of partisan politics, and incorporating concerned citizens with no agenda other than the truth will have the authority and wherewithal to properly investigate all of the redactions. There’s only one route to truth and justice in the Epstein case.
